Refund Policy

At Skin Strike Zone, we believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to refunds. Our refund process is simple, flexible, and designed to put your satisfaction first.

Here’s how it works — in just two clear steps:

  1. Instant Credit to Your Skin Strike Zone Wallet
    Once a refund is approved, the amount is first credited to your wallet. You can use these funds immediately for any future purchases during checkout. 
  2. Transfer to Your Original Payment Method
    If you prefer, you can request the amount to be returned to your original payment method. After support approves your request, please allow up to 96 business hours for internal processing. From there, your financial institution may take up to 14 business days to reflect the funds in your account.

When Can You Request a Refund?

  • Canceled Orders: If your order was canceled or didn’t go through.
  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you’re not satisfied with the service provided. (Each case is carefully reviewed by our team.)
  • Changed Your Mind: If you decide not to proceed. If work has already begun, we may offer a partial refund based on progress.
  • Dispute Resolutions: If a dispute is raised and our Arbitration Team rules in your favor, a partial or full refund will be issued accordingly.
  • Time-Limited Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product or service.

Important Notes About Refunds

  • Same Payment Method: Refunds can only be sent to the original card or account used during purchase.
  • Partial Refunds May Be Limited: Some payment systems (like PayPal) support partial refunds, but others may not. In those cases, funds may remain in your Skin Strike Zone wallet.
  • Wallet Refunds: If your order was paid partially with wallet balance, only that portion will be refunded to your wallet or payment method — depending on system support.
  • No Hidden Fees: You’ll receive 100% of what you paid. Any original transaction fees will also be returned.
